Kit and Ace Salesforce Commerce Cloud Migration
The Project: Migrate from the E-commerce platform, Hybris to Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
My Responsibilities: Ranged from high fidelity wireframing, heuristic evaluation of the current site, decision making as lead designer on all visual and UX design, participating in cross-functional meetings with the E-commerce team to determine priorities, and collaborating with our remote development team.
The Challenges: The migration took place over 6 months. Without a lot of user research being done, a lot of the decisions made were based on the previous site's user experience. Getting the MVP launch and receiving real-time feedback was our approach.
